Our Factory is located on the main Bangalore – Pondicherry highway which is the heart of the mango belt in India and is about 14 Kms from Krishnagiri, and 84 Kms from Bangalore, Chennai port one of the recognized port is the nearest port for shipments. We have allocated 40 acres of land with modern equipment imported from Italy that are specially designed for this industry.
M/S Manzini of Italy, specialist in Aseptic Filling Machines with an installed capacity of 5 metric tones per hour and with a total capacity of manufacturing 5000 metric tones of pulp during the mango season, the plant is also equipped with 3 stage fruit washer, fruit cutting conveyers, De-stoner, Refiners, and De-canters for removal of black specks. Reverse-osmosis water with 0% Bacteria is used for washing of fruits and machinery.
Our plant is equipped with a Micro Biological Laboratory for testing and maintaining quality standard, labs are managed by professional and qualified Biologist and Chemist to check and test the product as per Quality Management system that matches International Standard.
We have taken extra care in allocating area of about 1,00,000 sq ft to store the finished product, this are stored in ware house that are specially build so that it does not directly get exposed to sun light or rain water. We have in practice most advance way of controlling the inventory manned by professionals.
